Layout: Fixed rear bed, rear washroom with separate shower cubicle opposite, center dinette and a superb swing down bed with swivel captains passenger seat incorporating to lounge area. Large rear garage.
Bodywork/Coachwork: Fantastic condition for year and indeed could easily be mistaken for a much newer vehicle.
Interior: In very good order throughout, no rips, tears or signs of heavy wear at all. Awaiting preparation, but in my opinion the interior of this beautiful vehicle is in very good to mint condition for the year and with a full valet that's awaiting will put a smile on anybody's face.
Equipment: Well I have not had a chance to go through all the specification but in brief:
This vehicle has been designed to handle full time camping/living with its huge storage/rear garage with a double skinned floor and storage access points throughout and also providing that all important insulation from the elements with a proper Alder central heating system throughout with radiators throughout even in the rear garage.
Large rear washroom with toilet, sink, mirror, radiator, oodles of storage and of course lets not forget masses of available space with a separate shower cubicle opposite.
Kitchen: European specification Hob, sink and large 3-way fridge and ample storage. On the plus side there is room in the garage for a decent barbie, table, chairs and the kitchen sink.
Heating: Central heating throughout
Hot water: Hot water system
Electrics: Mains hook-up and 12 volt leisure batteries
Windows: double glazed throughout with nets and blinds
Lounge: Double dinette with large cab area
Sleeping: 4/6 berth with large rear fixed bed, large swing down double bed, and I believe but not tried the dinette should be another double/large single.
SUMMARY:
As previously stated this vehicle is just in and awaiting preparation so I cannot really describe it in full detail. But I believe that the picture will speak volumes and off course viewing is always welcome and recommended.
